Kalamansi Villa sits on a hilltop on Boracay's quieter side, a few minutes' walk from Hagdan Beach. The whole villa is private, with no shared areas, and it's built around the view: an infinity pool, a sunken lounge beside it, a wooden sun deck and a rooftop terrace all face the sea. The ground floor is for living, with a big lounge, the kitchen and dining area, and a bar with foosball and darts. A 16-speaker sound system runs through the house. There are nine air-conditioned bedrooms with WiFi and cable TV, most opening through sliding doors onto a private sea-view terrace. Six have a king bed, one has a queen plus a single, and two have two single beds. They're spread over three levels: five on the second floor, two on the top floor and two on the lower ground floor. One bathroom has a whirlpool tub, and another has an open stone-walled shower facing the view. Five staff look after the villa. They cook breakfast and one more meal a day, with groceries charged at cost. A van and driver for up to 16 people are available around the clock, free except between midnight and 7am, when each trip is ₱500. Hagdan Beach is under 10 minutes on foot. White Beach is about 10 minutes by van, and CityMall about 5 minutes.
