Suite 3A is a three-bedroom residence at Encantada Residences, right on Bulabog Beach. The open-plan living and dining room is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, so the sunken lounge and the dining table for eight both look straight out over the water. A balcony looks down onto the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an island, an induction hob and a large French-door fridge, so cooking for the group is easy. WiFi runs throughout and there's a dedicated workspace. The three bedrooms sleep six: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and one with two single beds. Each bedroom door locks, and the suite has three modern bathrooms with glass walk-in rain showers. One bedroom opens onto its own terrace. Guests share the building's pool and can use the bar area for drinks. Children up to 3 stay free using the existing beds; from age 4 they're charged as adults, and extra bedding costs extra.

4 wonderful days in Boracay and it was the last day in Boracay and this place was restful. We had fun talking using the conversation pit. Love the design. Wish we found this place earlier. Will definitely share with friends and come back. Thanks!!!

I was there early this year. The room was well appointed and well provisioned. A full kitchen, quiet and secured. The staff was a combination of professional yet personally attentive to all that you might need. Stayed there for a week and happy to have the Kiteboarding school in the same building. A lively restaurant is also attached the building compound. Internet and TV let me stay connected. World renowned Bulabog bay beach is literally just outside... This place is heavenly... world class.

cozy. Great spot especially for kite surfing since Bulabog Beach is close by. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again!

Was there last year, loved the design. Beach was the surise side of the island. Quite, great for morning people, families, and jogging with the sun. Band spanking new. Nice lighting. look forward to returning in 2026 when its fully open
