The Strand Boutique Resort is a tranquil, 13-suite property tucked into the quiet end of Station 1, built in 2006 as a private residence and still operated by the Singson family — it retains a genuinely residential feel rather than a standard hotel atmosphere. A private path leads to White Beach in about two minutes. On site there's an outdoor swimming pool, a private garden, a restaurant, and high-speed WiFi throughout. A complimentary Filipino and international breakfast, featuring locally-sourced ingredients and house specialties, is served daily. Suites are air-conditioned with a minibar, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a private balcony. The Petite Suite is the most compact at about 25 square metres with one double bed. The Family Suite, about 40 square metres, has two single beds. The One Bedroom King Suite, about 60 square metres, has a king bed. The Penthouse Suite is the largest at 100 square metres — two bedrooms with a garden view, a king bed and two single beds, sleeping up to four. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
