Caipirinha Villa is a large private villa on the hillside above Diniwid Beach, in a quiet residential part of Boracay. The 20-metre infinity pool looks out over the neighbouring islands, and a heated jacuzzi for six sits right beside it, with a large BBQ area and outdoor dining on the same terrace. Inside, the open-plan living room has a billiard table, a 60-inch TV with Netflix and a sound system, next to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for a big group. WiFi runs at 100 Mbps throughout, and a backup generator covers power cuts around the clock. There are eleven bedrooms with fourteen beds, every one with its own bathroom, air-conditioning, a 40-inch TV, toiletries and a hairdryer. Seven rooms have a king bed, including the top-floor master, and three have two double beds each. There's also a small double room. The ocean-view rooms have balconies. The rooms below pool level are quieter and darker: one king room there has only a small window, and the two-double room and the small double room have no windows. Four extra single mattresses and two baby cots are available on request. Five full-time staff come with the villa: a driver with the villa's van, on call 24/7 at no extra cost, and four maids who clean daily, cook, shop and help with BBQs. The villa sleeps up to 20 guests. Extra guests beyond the standard rate are ₱1,000 per person per night. Events are only possible with approval in advance, for a fee, and the staff arrange the food and drinks; outside catering isn't allowed. Diniwid Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Station 1 and D'Mall are about 10 minutes by car.
