Estacio Uno — officially Estacio Uno Lifestyle Resort — sits directly on the sand at the north end of White Beach, Station 1, built around a wrap-around pool with a beachfront restaurant, bar and sky lounge alongside it. The seven room tiers span a genuinely wide range: a budget double in the older Annex building at one end, and a Seaside Suite with its own jacuzzi and a daybed looking over the beach at the other. In between are Standard, Superior and Deluxe rooms split across the Main and Annex buildings, plus a Deluxe Pool Access tier for guests who'd rather step straight from their room into the water. Which tier you book changes the stay more here than at most resorts on this stretch — worth reading the room names carefully rather than picking on price alone.
