Margaretta Villa is a DOT-accredited private villa on Diniwid Hills, in the quieter north of Boracay. The whole house is yours: eight bedrooms with ten beds across three levels, built around a 20-metre infinity saltwater pool that looks out over the bay. The ground floor is open-plan, with the living room, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a long dining table for twelve and a separate TV room, plus one bedroom. Another bedroom sits on its own beside the pool. Five bedrooms are on the second level, and the master suite takes the top floor, with a private terrace jacuzzi facing the sea. Outside there's a poolside dining table, a sunken lounge and sun loungers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom and a TV. Five have a king bed, one a queen, and two have two double beds each. WiFi reaches every room but is strongest in the living area. Cleaning staff and a driver are included. The staff can help with shopping and washing up, and can cook for you for an extra charge. The villa's van is free to use until 10pm; later trips are charged. Parking is free on site. The rate covers up to 16 guests. Up to 20 can stay, at ₱1,000 per extra person per night. The villa isn't beachfront. Diniwid Beach is about 10 minutes away down 200 steps, or by van. Station 1 and White Beach are about a 15-minute ride, CityMall about 10 minutes, and the jetty port about 25 minutes.
