The spa is the reason to come: an award-winning treatment menu that runs to Watsu water healing, open until 10pm, with multi-day detox programmes for guests staying three nights or more. Meals are at Prana, the on-site restaurant, and lean deliberately healthy. This isn't the place for a party trip or a swim-up bar — it's for guests who want a quiet, green, treatment-led week.
