Open Mic and Jam night at 2 Brown Boys has been a continuing hit with locals and travelling musicians alike. Every Thursday from 7 pm to midnight groups of resident & travelling expats meet with local Filipinos and jam out original tunes or favourite cover songs. It’s a great mix of local rock, folk tunes, international classics & modern pop songs. It’s a great chance for new musicians to help build the confidence they need in order to perform in front of others and experienced musicians to try new songs or just inspire those new to the art. People from around the world bring their own culture’s music to the stage alongside the local talent; we cast our culture and skill onto the stage and create, it’s a simple but delicious model for good times. This cultural experience brought to you by music and lubricated with a few drinks.
