A Boracay airport transfer is the van, boat and van chain that takes you from Caticlan or Kalibo airport to your hotel door, because Boracay has no airport of its own. From Caticlan it takes about 45 to 65 minutes and starts at ₱800 per person on a shared van, with the terminal fee, the environmental fee and the boat ticket already paid. From Kalibo, add a 1.5 to 2 hour road leg to the port.

What the port fees actually cost

Every guest arriving in Boracay pays these government fees, whoever they travel with. Our packages, apart from Budget, have them paid before you land.

Fee Caticlan Jetty Port and Cagban Port Tabon Port and Tambisaan Port
Terminal fee, on arrival ₱150 ₱100
Terminal fee, on departure ₱150 ₱50
Environmental fee, once per stay, on arrival only ₱300 foreign, ₱150 with a Philippine ID, ₱120 senior or PWD
Boat ticket, each way ₱50, or ₱40 senior and PWD
Children 0 to 5 Free, on the fare and on every fee above

Which pair of ports is running depends on the season. Boats use Caticlan Jetty Port and Cagban Port in the Amihan months and move to Tabon Port and Tambisaan Port during the Habagat, roughly June to October, when the crossing is calmer on that side of the island. Your coordinator knows which is running on the day and holds the tickets either way. Children aged 6 and over take a seat, so they pay the adult fare and the adult fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting to Boracay from the airport.

What is included in the transfer price?
Meet and greet at the airport with your name on a sign, flight monitoring, luggage assistance, the terminal fees, the environmental user fee, the boat ticket for the crossing, and door to door van or vehicle service to your hotel. The Budget transfer is the one exception: it is the fare on its own, and you settle the port fees at the counters on the day. Nothing else is added later.
How much does a Boracay airport transfer cost?
From Caticlan a shared Standard transfer is ₱1,050 per person for one to three foreign guests, ₱1,000 at four and ₱950 from five, or ₱900, ₱850 and ₱800 for the same group sizes with a Philippine ID. A private First Class van is ₱2,100 per person travelling alone, ₱1,500 each as a couple and ₱1,200 from five. Budget starts at ₱650 per person and the Executive Speedboat at ₱2,450 in a group of eight. Private Taxi from ₱1,550 and Night Navigation from ₱2,050 run from Kalibo only. Helicopters are ₱84,500 per flight from Caticlan and ₱106,000 from Manila, for one to three passengers. From Kalibo, Standard starts at ₱1,100 per person with a Philippine ID and ₱1,250 without. The booking box prices your exact group before you pay.
How much are the terminal, environmental and boat fees?
The environmental fee is ₱300 for foreign guests and ₱150 with a Philippine ID, paid once on arrival and valid for your whole stay, with ₱120 for seniors and PWD guests. The boat ticket is ₱50 per person each way. The terminal fee depends on which ports are running: ₱150 each way at Caticlan Jetty Port and Cagban Port, and ₱100 on arrival plus ₱50 on departure at Tabon Port and Tambisaan Port, the pair used in the Habagat months. On every package except Budget these are already paid before you land.
How long does the transfer from the airport to Boracay take?
From Caticlan Airport allow about 45 to 65 minutes door to door: 7 to 10 minutes to the jetty port, 10 to 20 minutes to register and clear the fee counters, a 10 to 15 minute boat crossing, then 5 to 20 minutes from the Boracay port to your hotel. From Kalibo Airport allow 2 to 2.5 hours in total.
Can I book a round trip transfer?
Yes. You can book arrival only, departure only, or a round trip that covers both legs in one booking. Round trip is priced in the booking box and your return pick-up time is arranged from your hotel.
Where do you meet us at the airport?
Your coordinator waits in the arrivals area with your name on a sign, before you reach the taxi touts. From there they handle the tickets, the fee counters and every vehicle change until you are at your hotel door.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, our guide will adjust their schedule accordingly and will still be waiting for you when you land. There is no additional charge for flight delays.
Do you offer transfers for late night or early morning flights?
Yes, we operate transfers for all flight times including early morning departures and late night arrivals. Night navigation boats are available for crossings outside of regular ferry hours.
Do children pay for a transfer?
Children aged 0 to 5 travel free, on the fare and on the port fees, because they are seated on a parent's lap rather than taking their own seat. From 6 years old a child takes a seat and pays the full adult fare and the full port fees. There is no separate child rate. Child seats are free on request.
Is there a transfer option for persons with disabilities?
Absolutely. We provide accessible transfer options including wheelchair assistance, ramp access, and vehicles that can accommodate mobility equipment. Seniors and PWD guests also pay a reduced ₱120 environmental fee.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
You can modify or cancel your booking by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
Which airport should I fly into, Caticlan or Kalibo?
Caticlan Airport (MPH) is 10 minutes from the jetty port and is the faster arrival, and about 99 in 100 of our guests use it. Kalibo Airport (KLO) has more international routes but adds a 1.5 to 2 hour road leg. We meet guests at both.
Do you drop off anywhere on the island?
Yes. Every transfer ends at your hotel door, anywhere from Station 1, 2 and 3 on White Beach to Bulabog, Diniwid, Puka Beach and Newcoast. Tell us the hotel when you book and the last leg is arranged around it.
