Villa Sunset Boracay is a small, 3-star boutique guesthouse about 240 metres — a two to three minute walk — from White Beach, steps from Station 2. Opened in 2003 and renovated in 2006, it's built around personalized service and eight individually decorated rooms rather than a large resort. On site there's an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside bar, a restaurant and snack bar, and a massage room. The property offers concierge services (island tours, dining arrangements), currency exchange, taxi booking, bicycle rentals, babysitting for a surcharge, and a 24-hour airport shuttle for an extra charge. No breakfast is provided. Every room has a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony or patio, complimentary toiletries, a bidet and free WiFi. The Standard Room (about 22 sqm) and Studio Room (about 26 sqm) are both built for two with a queen bed. The Garden Room (about 40 sqm) sleeps up to three, still with a queen bed. The Family Apartment (about 52 sqm) is the largest, with a queen bed and two single beds for up to four guests. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
