How much does a villa in Boracay cost per night?

Villas on MyBoracayGuide start at around ₱7,000 a night for a two bedroom suite and go up to ₱50,000 and more for large houses that sleep 14 to 16. Shared between a group of eight, a ₱18,000 villa works out to about ₱2,250 per person a night. Each listing shows the live rate for your dates.

How many guests can a Boracay villa sleep?

Our villas range from two bedroom suites for four or five guests up to houses for 16. Set your group size in the Guests filter and only villas that fit your group will show.

Most guests fly into Caticlan Airport, then take a short boat ride across to Boracay. We can book an airport transfer for your whole group from Caticlan or Kalibo airport to your villa.

When should I book a villa for Christmas, New Year or Holy Week?

As early as you can. Each villa is a single property, so once your dates are taken they are gone. For Christmas, New Year and Holy Week, groups usually book months ahead.
