Residencia Boracay Hotel sits directly on White Beach Station 1, in Sitio Pina-Ungon, just ten steps from the sand. It's a genuinely beachfront property spread across a main building of several floors plus rooms set behind it, built around straightforward comfort rather than resort-scale extras. The in-house restaurant, Solé, serves a Filipino breakfast of silog dishes each morning, included in the room rate, alongside an extensive all-day menu. There's a garden overlooking the shoreline and dining/lounge areas, though no pool or bar on site. Rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking, with cable TV, a refrigerator, a desk with a lamp, complimentary drinking water, an electric kettle with instant coffee and tea, and a hot-and-cold shower. The Superior Room, set behind the main building, is built for up to three guests with one double bed and one single bed. The Deluxe Room, on the main building's first to third floors, sleeps up to four with double beds. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
