Wind Riders Inn and Cafe is a small beachfront guesthouse on the quiet end of Bulabog Beach — Boracay's kiteboarding and windsurfing hub — right next door to Habagat Kiteboarding School. It's built around that laid-back, watersports-focused character rather than resort-scale facilities, with White Beach and D'Mall about a 15-minute walk away through Station 2. The beachfront cafe serves alfresco dining, and there's a garden, a terrace, limited-hours room service and a front desk that isn't staffed around the clock. A continental breakfast is available daily from 8am to 11am for a fee. Individual rooms are named after Philippine plants — Ylang Ylang, Santan and Moringga among them. Rooms are air-conditioned with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, free WiFi and a private furnished patio; bathrooms are private with a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out by 11:00am.
