A security deposit of 1,000.00 pesos per room is required upon arrival. If the room is left in the same condition and requires no repairs, the full security deposit will be refunded upon checkout. However, if any damage caused by the guest is found, the security deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs or replace damaged items.

Jacuzzi (Rooftop Lounge, 3rd Floor): Guests can enjoy the common jacuzzi for a minimal fee of 500 pesos per hour, good for 1-2 guests. Unlike typical swimming pools that can be refreshed throughout the day, our jacuzzi water is fully replaced after each guest’s use to guarantee it is fresh and hygienic. Kitchen (Rooftop Lounge, 3rd Floor): Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen for 250 pesos per hour, which covers the cost of gas, utensils, and maintenance. Please kindly settle the payment prior to using the kitchen.

CHILD POLICY: >>>One child aged 8 years or younger can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. >>>2 children aged 8 years and below will be counted as one adult. >>>9 years old and above will be counted as 1 adult.

We are unable to accommodate pets on the premises, as some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Make up room is available upon request at the Front Office from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Should you need fresh linens or towels, we'll gladly provide them every other day upon request. To help conserve water and protect the natural resources of our island, we follow an every other day change policy for towels and linens. A hanging rack is also provided in your room to keep towels fresh between uses. If you prefer daily changes, please note that this will incur a small additional charge. Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy *If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged. *If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged. Peak Season Special Cancellation Policy For any reservation that includes peak season dates the cancellation policy is as follows: *If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 100% of the total amount will be charged. *If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.
