Niu Ohana East Bay Apartments — the name means "the coconut family" — is a family-owned, family-run property directly in front of Bulabog Beach, Boracay's quieter "back beach" known for kiteboarding and sunrise views, about a seven-minute walk from D'Mall. Eight room and apartment categories span a wide range: a plain Standard Room and Superior Room at the entry end, studio and one-bedroom apartment tiers with their own kitchenette in the middle, and a Classic Quadruple Room plus a 2 Adjacent Rooms option at the top for bigger groups. Every unit is air-conditioned with a private bathroom (bidet included), mini fridge, cable TV and free WiFi; the studio and apartment-style tiers add a kitchenette, balcony and dining area on top of that. The property runs its own restaurant serving Asian cuisine, a bar, and a garden — a straightforward, good-value base for guests who want to be steps from the water on the beach's watersports side rather than the main White Beach strip.
