Boracay Coco Huts is a small boutique inn — six rooms in total — sitting on the beachfront at the southern end of White Beach in Station 1, which puts D'Mall and the Station 1 and 2 bars and restaurants within an easy walk while keeping you on the quieter side of that stretch. It is a simple, straightforward place rather than a resort, and the rooms are the point: every one has a balcony looking out to sea and its own outdoor seating area. What makes it unusual for its size is the Family Room, a three-level loft with five beds across its floors that the property says takes six to eight people — a genuinely rare thing to find beachfront on this island at this price. The Standard rooms are twin-bedded and take up to three. Both come with air conditioning, an LCD cable TV, an in-room safe, a minibar, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a hot and cold shower. There is a restaurant on the ground floor serving local and Western food, plus a bar, a terrace and an ATM on site. Staff handle laundry and ironing, and will arrange fishing, diving and snorkelling trips. WiFi is complimentary, and there is room service and a concierge. One thing to know before booking: breakfast is not included in the room rates, though guests get 10% off downstairs at Army Navy. Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out 11:00am.
