    Hi ,

    We seeking a quotation to hire a fine Chief to cater for a private dinner party over two nights in Boracay. We’re thinking of fresh seafood,  lechon baboy, fancy sides, etc. but are also flexible and open to suggestions.

    Can you please provide a quotation to cater for 30 people, per below. All cutlery will be provided, and cooking utensils will be provided.

    Night 1: Supply and cook a 30kg lechon, 15 rib eyes, 3 local native roasted chickens with lemon grass, one large red snapper (around the 4kg range) and an array of about 8 off fancy sides of your choice. fresh Fruit platters.

    Night 2: We will purchase the following seafood (from the local wet market) but would like you to supply the sauces, salads, etc. and cook the seafood:

    – Approximately 6 x 1 kg lobsters grilled;
    – Thai style Chilli crabs (for about 3-4 kg in crabs);
    – 12 dozen oysters (6 dozen freshly shucked oysters and 6 dozen kilpatrick);
    – Calimari rings with homemade seafood sauce (about six large squid);
    – BBQ marinaded prawns (well buy about 2-3 kg of green prawns);
    – 1 x Fresh grilled local fish;
    – 1 x Fresh oven baked local fish with Thai spices; and
    – 3 accompanying salads (Thai style) and a large bowl of potato fries.
    – Fresh fruit platters

    The function is planned for 11 January 18 (first night) and 12 January 18 would be the second night. We are currently finalising the function with our international guest and the dates may change by 1 or two days either side.

    I will have two to four full time staff to assist you with preparation and serving of the dinners. We will arrive in Boracay on 28 December 2017.

      Hi Sir Dean,

      We have contacted Globy regarding your needs, unfortunately they are not able to cater your needs as January is a very busy month for them and cannot have their Chef be out for 2 nights. Thank you. If you have other restaurant in mind that you want us to contact, please let us know.
