Cancellation

Cancellation:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the selected activity date
  • The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows

Yes! No prior experience is required. Before the activity, our instructor will provide a short orientation and teach you how to operate the Jet Ski. If you don’t feel confident driving on your own, you may request assistance from the instructor.

Riders must be at least 18 years old to drive the Jet Ski. Passengers as young as 7 years old may ride with an adult driver.

We recommend wearing comfortable swimwear. Safety vests will be provided. Don’t forget to bring:

  • Waterproof bag

  • Extra clothes and towel

  • Sunscreen

  • Extra cash (for add-ons or rentals)

Yes. All riders are provided with life jackets and given a safety orientation before the ride. Our professional instructors will also supervise the activity to ensure a fun and secure experience.
