you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
No refunds will be issued for no-shows

For all bookings, it is best to reserve as early as possible to check availability, as this popular activity tends to sell out quickly. We recommend booking at least one day prior to your desired date. Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
