Cancellation

Cancellation:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the selected activity date
  • The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows

For all bookings, it is best to reserve as early as possible to check availability, as this popular activity tends to sell out quickly. We recommend booking at least one day prior to your desired date. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Please email us a screenshot of your confirmed payment transaction so we can verify it on our end. The Paraw requires a minimum of 1 guest and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests per trip.

Unfortunately, there are no discounts for children or senior citizens. The rate is based on the total number of guests regardless of age.

Both have the same rate, but the duration and schedule differ.

  • Day Sailing: 1-hour sailing, available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon only.

  • Sunset Sailing: 30-minute sailing, available between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

 Paraw Sailing is highly in-demand and there are only limited Paraw boats available. The activity follows a first-come, first-served basis, so guests must arrive at least 1.5 hours in advance to secure a boat. Please note that Masboi does not reserve slots for tour guides, and guests must be at the activity area ahead of time.
