Cancellation

Cancellation:

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the selected activity date
  • The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows

For all bookings, it is best to reserve as early as possible to check availability, as this popular activity tends to sell out quickly. We recommend booking at least one day prior to your desired date. Full payment is required at the time of reservation.  The rate is ₱2,500 per person for double (2 riders sharing a canopy) and ₱2,800 per person for solo. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Each parasailing ride lasts around 15 minutes in the air.

 

Free hotel pick-up (within Station 1–3), boat transfer to the platform, parasailing equipment, life jacket, and assistance from our friendly coordinator.

The earliest pick-up starts at 8:30 AM and the last pick-up is at 3:30 PM. Parasailing is available every day.

It is safe but not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or guests with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy.
